You can make gifs from youtube videos at gifsoup.com, but I haven't used it and I don't think you can put text to them =/
Really, you just need photoshop (double =/)I was lucky cause my roommate never registered hers so she let me put it on my computer. And it's a few years old, but it's better than nothing!!!! You can search online for these crazy key codes blahbalh you can download, it sounds really crazy and complicated and I was like AHHHHH DNW haha, but yeah! photoshop lol
